On Friday afternoon the Treasurer Josh Frydenberg released a Jobkeeper update. We have attached a link below where you can read this update in full.
The main focus of this update relates to clarification of the “one in, all in’ principle and also changes for Full time students aged 16 and 17 years old.
- If you are an employer and have enrolled or will enrol for Jobkeeper this update clarifies that you can’t pick and choose which employees you want to put on Jobkeeper.
- If you are an employer and have enrolled for Jobkeeper please read the changes that were handed down as now students aged 16 and 17 who are not financially independent will not be eligible for the Jobkeeper payments.[…]
